"This is my go-to place when staying in the Redding area. Rooms are large and the property is pet friendly. I do travel with a disabled person, who cannot use his legs. The beds are above wheelchair height, even in the ADA rooms. This is a disappointment, and does put a damper on the stay as getting into bed is a chore. Otherwise, excellent. "

"Great appearance upon arriving, welcomed and recieved great service from the front desk. Room was clean, my partner said the bathroom could have been alittle more sanitized. But all in all, room didnt smell, great air control. If u prefer quite, third floor would be recommended. Pool was nice. Didnt gamble but the casino seemed clean. Close to stores and entertainment. Would stay again."

"We had to cut our stay at the hotel by one night as I received some devastating news on the morning of 5/17. I went to the front desk to let them know we needed to check out early due to this death in the family and asked if we would be able to at least get refunded half of our Saturday night stay. Bethany was so compassionate that she allowed us a full refund on the night stay and a refund on our parking. She even called the 3rd party hotel site for me to talk to them about a refund. Another employee walked up the desk (I did not catch her name), saw how upset I was and asked if I was ok. With a concerned look on her face, she brought me a bottle of water and then got a box of tissues for me. I did not catch her name but I want to thank her too. She and Bethany made empathized with my situation and showed so much compassion. Something you don't see much of anymore. You can bet that I WILL return to the Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge on my next visit there. Thank you to both Bethany and the other employee. They were amazing."
