"The front desk staff were good. The poolside bartender was very rude. She wouldn’t let people bring their water bottles to the small bar area when avoiding a short downpour and her customer service was lacking. The room was comfortable but the carpets were so dirty that walking on them barefoot left our feet black. Location was great near the pier."
