"What I liked: I really enjoyed the location and the renovation of the property—it felt modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Artem and Mohamed at reception, who were very understanding and helpful. Mousa from room service was also excellent and very courteous. What I didn’t like: The airport car service was not punctual, so I had to follow up. One receptionist was rude and gave me attitude when I asked about the car. Unfortunately, I did not remember his name; I only saw him once in the morning—he looked young and wore glasses. To avoid issues, I suggest allowing some buffer time when arranging transportation. Also, the El Kababgy restaurant didn’t meet expectations—the meat felt greasy and had an unpleasant smell, making it not worth the price. A better option is to try the hotel buffet for lunch or dinner instead. Overall: Great location and staff, with some service inconsistencies and restaurant quality issues—but I would definitely stay here again."

"Service was more than excellent.. place is gorgeous.. food and dining option was great.. you don’t pay any money over your cost of stay.. Dinning was absolutely stunning and free with very fancy service . Expensive food option like Turkish and Brazilian food.. Mina in customer service was a big help.. Alaa Eldeen driving the gulf cart was nice and funny. loved it and i strongly recommend it for any one.."

"For overall it was excellent also the food is tasty the service or it was ready we have everything to do when you ask anything unless they have a question that Rome was very very cleanest the hotel is very luxury and also I think one of the best in the charm and on the older one"
