"👍 great stay at the hotel"
Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites
8/10 Good
"We visit Miami every few months and have tried a number of hotels. This is the one we will return to. The facility itself looked fairly new or recently renovated. It was clean and the staff was friendly. There was plenty of free parking right next to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve seen at this level of hotel. (breads, pastry, oatmeal and yogurt with toppings, a waffle maker with toppings, fresh fruit, eggs and sausage, and coffee/juice/milk) The breakfast room was clean and someone was attending to the food area. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. There was housekeeping service every two days I believe, but we wanted fresh towels every day. We asked for towels the second and third days because our used towels were not replaced. We really don’t need fresh bedding during a four-day stay, but I do wish we would’ve had new towels daily. At our next visit we will be sure to ask about that at check-in. Otherwise we have no complaints. Definitely will be back!"
