"From indoor mice and flies to brown smelly water, to rotten food in cabinets, to no cell coverage, and more, this place needs a lot of help. The place is dirty. There was some rotten food in one of the cabinets that had been there a LONG time to the point that fruit flies were all over the place. "Enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn't great we got out on some local trails and shops. Home owner was great and very friendly. "

"We were in the area to see a band at a venue in Woodstock, selected this property because it was pet-friendly and only a 10 minute drive to The Colony bar.There were a couple of small things not found in the rental, but the owners quickly responded to our request. Communication was always top notch!We enjoyed the creek setting on the side of the property. There's a fire pit and chairs located there and we saw an amazing display of lightning bugs at dusk. That was truly magical!"

The dog park is super close so that was a bonus!We were greeted by a pretty vase of flowers, a clean space which was nicely updated, and nicely decorated with unique artwork and a combination of updated and well loved furniture."
