"This was a beautiful home on the river in the middle of the woods. It was so peaceful and serene. A great place to unplug from your everyday life. The hosts had homemade cookies made for us upon arrival which was such a special touch. This home had everything we needed and then some. Very comfortable and cozy. Will definitely stay again."

"The only thing that made my stay good instead of excellent was the heat. We couldn't enjoy the nice deck, and the air conditioner couldn't quite keep up with the 100 heat. But for the price, you probably can't beat it for location and cleanliness. If I had a complaint at all, it would be that tiny TV on that big empty wall. But we didn't come to watch TV, so not a problem for us. Whenever we're back that way, we will stay there again."

"We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the cabin so much. It had all of the room we needed, the space was perfect. We had game challenges in the game room, games and dinner around the table, grilled and enjoyed a lake day. The host was great at communicating with quick responses and was very accommodating to requests. We left an item behind and the host has been very understanding and assisting getting it back to us. Excellent!"

"The cabin is a little smaller than the picture depicts it to be, but for the 4 of us, it was big enough.The only complaint I have is the small refrigerator. Since there are not grocery stores nearby (there are some essentials but not what you get at your better stores), we ended up having to buy ice every day and keep many of the items in the coolers. There’s plenty of room for a larger fridge, not sure why they went with smaller apt. size.The outside shower was a nice treat, just be sure to get your shower before dusk when the mosquitoes come out.The grill, while usable, is not easy to clean and is very rusty. Be sure to have aluminum foil to cover the grill.Loved the outdoor seating areas, the lights outside were a nice touch.Walking to the water isn’t really an option as the land between the house and the water is privately owned. You have to go to a field and walk down. I think it was a great place to stay and very reasonably priced and would stay again in the future.When driving up to the cabin, you think you’re driving in someone else’s drive, but just keep going. It dead ends at the cabin."

"Clean, spacious, family-friendly and a very homey feeling. It was a great location for us, near Albert’s Pike. It was nice to have the hot tube to get into at the end of the night before bedtime. Host quick to respond with answers to any questions. Loved the house ready to book again in the future!"
