"Location was inconvenient. The hotel is isolated with only a 7-11 available."

"Good"

"Location is ok, 5 minutes walk to subway station. The rooms were spacious, with tall windows and high ceilings."

"Clean room and staff. Breakfast needs more variety of selection, otherwise we had a wonderful time."

Pratique"

"Clean room"

"I am very satisfied with the good price, clean room (1st 2 nights' room wasn't great but the 2nd trip when we were back was excellent), helpful staff service including front desk, the concierge, and the housekeeping. Love their convenience location as well. Airport bus just in front of the hotel. Lobby was always busy even with the locals. I guess it's because their lobby is accessible to the sky bridge of MTR. One of the elevator was down whole time which created a little inconvenience. We...

"Enjoyed our stay there"

"The hotel is located at Mongkok. The location is very convenient to shopping and eating different kinds of food."

"The hotel was fantastic, regretfully the family staying in the room next to us were very loud all night and they had two rooms across the hall from each other so noice really travelled. We complained on three separate occasions yet the hotel failed to quiet them at 2am on consecutive nights nor, surprisingly, did they offer to move us."

"Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every...

"Good breakfast, helpful staff, used the courtesy bus a couple of times which was convenient and handy."

"Good hotel Nice breakfast"

"I would have liked guest laundry and a cheaper breakfast option but everything else was perfect!"
