"My daughter and I stayed for two nights here. The hotel was exceptionally clean which is always important to me. The room was spacious. We had a double and twin bed. The bathroom was also a good size. The maid service was outstanding. As far as amenities, we had a refrigerator with cold water replaced daily. We even got an extra on our second day. The television had all the major streaming channels so you can log in, not that we were in the room much for TV. The location is excellent, with a hop, skip and a jump to the charm of Old Town. There is a pharmacy right next door, parking is available and the porters were so great carrying our bags to our room for us. I hope to return to Chania with my husband and I will definitely stay here again. Oh. Breakfast is buffet style with an assortment of protein choices. Fresh fruit, hot and cold cereal. And bakery items. Highly recommend this his hotel. "

"We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights , it is very beautiful hotel away from the old town but equally not too far with 10 minutes drive from the old town which cost €12 by taxi. The hotel has got two heated swimming pool, right in the front of the beach , breakfast was excellent with wide variety of options, we did half board with dinner which I preferred open buffet as I am fussy eater , and there wasn’t alot of vegetarian options on the ordered menu, the staff everyone were very pleasant and helpful, the suit been serviced twice daily , I was very happy of my choice of the location of the hotel not in the heart of the old town as was my original plan.but slightly away from it ."

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The views of the sea are breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the number of pools (22!) means you never feel crowded. We especially loved the adults-only pool for a bit of quiet relaxation. The all-inclusive dining exceeded expectations. From themed buffets to à la carte restaurants, everything was fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend the Asian fusion spot and grabbing a crepe at the Gelateria. The cocktails? Top-notch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a sea view that made mornings magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and little touches like daily turndown service and local treats were appreciated."

"This property was amazing. The staff were especially nice and attentive. The property was a little dimly lit in the evening and the bathrooms extremely dark. Both restaurants offered exceptional food. We arrived for the opening week of the season and it did seem like they could not handle the reservations for dinner. We chose room service for our final night and it did not disappoint. A special thank you to June for looking out for us. Amazing service!"
