. Our room had a private balcony and gorgeous views of the sea. The property is approx 200 meters outside the small village with a private beach but the owners will pick you up at the ferry or at the exit from the Samaria gorge if you coordinate ahead of time. The property has sunbeds and umbrellas to use for free and sea kayaks and pedal boats to use for free. The

"Hotel Gigilos har en fantastisk beliggenhet ved stranden. Det er svært stille det meste av døgnet. Personalet er svært serviceinnstilt. Hotellets egen restaurant er hyggelig og rimelig og serverer god mat. Det eneste negative er mangelen på praktiske hyller og knagger på badet."

"Easy access to beach and mountains with lots of local restaurants within walking distance and great bakeries for breakfast. Hosts could not have been kinder. Quiet, air conditioned and although may be seen as basic had everything that’s needed, with pool too! "

" Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber ,aber die Küchenausstattung sehr mäßig. Ebenso für uns ,als Nichtautofahrer ein großes Manko, dass jeder sein Auto vor seinem Appartment parken konnte. Der Blick von unserer Terrasse, war der auf einen Parkplatz . Dabei hätte es im vorderen Teil der Anlage genug Platz für parkende Autos gegeben. Sehr schade ! "
