"The experience is easy and beautiful from the beginning, parking, checking in, baggage, and service. The room was clean and beautiful, great climate control, fluffy towels and the best fleece-lined robes are available in the room. The two beds offered both a more firm mattress and one had a softer experience which I love personally. The pillows too, many options of firm or soft. The staff was all super friendly and wonderful including the in-room service staff. My only wish is that the in-room dining - breakfast menu offered the same options as the dining room off the main lobby, however eating there in person was an incredible experience - one you shouldn’t miss. The cafe had fantastic cappuccino and lattes, options for kids, and fresh croissants and pastries. The grand lobby is a wonderful place to sip your coffee or tea in the morning. Would recommend the stay to anyone, will certainly book again! "

"Everything was amazing during our stay. Valet and front desk staff were incredible! Walking distance to our event at the paints arena! The bed was uncomfortable and the drinks in the lobby restaurant were over priced but the bar staff were great ! "
