This is a beautiful home built in 2021. It is conveniently located in the heart of Seward Alaska. It’s within walking distance of boat harbor, downtown Seward and Alaska Sealife Center. You can walk north or south and find coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.
It’s a two story house. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, full bath and laundry. The upstairs has living room, dining, kitchen, primary bedroom with bath.
The entire house is yours. In the winter there’s plenty of space in heated garage to dry out for your winter gear. Plenty of space for your cross country skies, skates and room in driveway to park a snow machine trailer for you lost lake enthusiasts. Two lakes is a few blocks away and can be skated upon in winter .

We visited Seward to enjoy the nature and to see this part of Alaska. The accommodation was superb - clean, super comfortable and so convenient. Sorry we were not staying longer. Enjoyed the local restaurants. Did the last wildlife boat trip of the season and were lucky enough to see glimpses of orcas and a whale spouting. Did a quick hike to see Exit Glacier. Highly recommend all of it ! Thanks for having us.

Beautiful home and setting. We visited the nearby SeaLife Center which was excellent. We also went on a 7.5 hour wildlife and glacier tour with Major Marine which was great.

Superb Stay for Sunflower Sea Star Scientists

We were visiting from multiple locations across the U.S. to work with the Alaska Sea Life Center on Conservation efforts for the Sunflower Sea Star. The house was clean, had beautiful views, and was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Seward Home!

Our family had the most wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. First, our hosts, Charles and Marjorie, could not have been more accommodating as our plans shifted a bit. They were so responsive and kind! The home is outstanding - spread over two floors, our family had plenty of room. The mountain views are just fantastic. The home was neat, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed. A perfect rental!

A-View Stay inSeward

This was a very nice place to stay in Seward. It was clean and it had all we needed for the partial weekend here. The kids had extra snacks and the coffee pods and tea were what the grown-ups needed! We were attending events otherwise we could have enjoyed the beautiful views a little longer. Thank you!

Comfortable and Beautiful Stay

The property is beautiful and nicely decorated. Lots of clean windows to enjoy the views. Many nice touches: snacks, bear spray and a flashlight for nearby hikes. Would stay here again. The hosts are accommodating and offered late check out if needed.

Family trip to Seward

The property is located close to all Seward has to offer. Being able to walk to the waterfront and the local restaurants made for easy days and entertainment. The home itself is so clean and meticulously maintained. Everything was perfect. Great relaxing spaces and amenities. The family living space was perfect for game nights and meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and very spacious. My family and I all had the same rating of this rental and it is excellent.

THE home in Seward!

Loved this cozy home! Checking in and checking out was easy! Loved the heaters in the room. Loved that the kitchen had everything in there! Also loved the convinience of entering through the side door! This place is in the perfect location of town! Looking forward to visiting Alaska for this place!

Great place to stay!

This property is a great spot to stay in Seward. The craftsmanship of the is awesome and the little Alaskan touches within the property make it special. The hosts are amazing. They have equipped the house with anything and everything you could need. The hosts even went above and beyond leaving fresh muffins for us and even called to check in on us during a power outage during our stay. With the location, property and wonderful hosts this is a must stay!

Cozy Stay with a Amazing View

Marjorie and Chales' property is a comfortable place to enjoy Seward and its surroundings. I visited Seward in Oct and it presented a nice and warm place for us to stay with a view of the bay and the snow-capped mountains. The house was well decorated and had all the essentials and more. The hosts for the property were very friendly and were always available on chat. We would love to select this place when we visit next time. Thanks, Marjorie and Charles for the comfortable stay.

Amazing Views

This house was perfect for our getaway (6 adults). Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great area for lounging/playing games, a full kitchen to cook meals, and VIEWS from every window. Easy walk to restaurants downtown, Sea Life Center, and the waterfront. Highly recommend if you visit Seward.

Great house

The house was wonderful and perfect for our group of 5 adults and one child. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we could want. The location was within walking distance of some trails, the marina, the ocean and town. There were fantastic snow covered mountain views and a peek of the ocean. It was an easy stroll down to the waterfront walking path.

Modern, Comfortable, Clean

What a treat! This house is centrally located within walking distance of both the harbor and downtown Seward. It's very new and has a great layout that gives nice views of the surrounding mountains and Resurrection Bay. We visited on cold, rainy weekend, in which we spent a lot of time hanging out, playing games, watching movies, and cooking all of our meals. We loved that we had the whole place to ourselves. The owners are very responsive but were not the least bit intrusive. Everyone in our group was very pleased with this rental. Seward has a lot of older and rustic spots for rent. This place stood out. We've already recommended it to our friends.

Amazing Stay Near The Bay!

Can't say enough about this place! Seward is beautiful but this property added a touch of home and comfort to our stay. The hosts were great to work with and made sure all amenities were in good working order and supply. House is super clean and beautiful inside and out. Such AMAZING views from every window in the house! And just a short walk down to the beach/waterfront as well as nearby restaurants, shops, and the Sealife Center. 1,000% would recommend to anyone!

Check in was easy. Coming in through the garage is great to drop muddy/dirty wet shoes. It was nice to keep that separated from our 18 month old. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Good recommendations in the guidebook. Thanks for all the yummy snacks. Love the custom doors from the recycled pallets! Def will stay again next time I am visiting Seward.

We loved it here!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Seward! Marjorie and Charles are so kind and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived in Alaska.They were incredibly responsive, and helpful throughout our trip, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free.We were impressed by how much space we had, and how spotless and well-maintained everything was. It truly exceeded expectations. From kitchen essentials to cozy blankets, the home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and it felt like a home away from home. We didn't want to leave!Waking up to the mountains and water just outside the window was something we’ll never forget. The location was also perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from downtown Seward, the harbor, and local restaurants and shops. We loved being able to explore during the day and come back to such a relaxing and comfortable space. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Seward! We'll definitely be back. This is a gorgeous home in Seward. It is beautifully decorated and I loved the wooden sliding doors that were in the home. Lovely art throughout the home.There is plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. All of the bedrooms were nice and comfortable and there is a washing machine and dryer. Beautiful views and decks that you can sit on.The ground level has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry facilities, a front deck and a huge garage. The garage came in helpful because we got to Seward early and the host allowed us to put our luggage in the garage. We actually used this to enter and leave the house because it just kept things cleaner. The second level has the living room, kitchen, another bedroom and bathroom. There are 2 decks on the upper level where you can enjoy either a water or mountain view.The home is between the harbor and downtown area. We did not have a car and if we ever return to Seward I would rent one. There is a town shuttle that is free and there are 3 stops each around 1/2 mile from the house. No Uber but found one Lyft guy for part of the time that we were there. We took the shuttle out to Safeway for snacks, drinks and bottled water. Called a taxi for the ride back.Several restaurants and things to do in the area. We had to contact our hosts a couple of times and they were always quick to respond.We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with the beautiful views.

A Spectacular New Year's Getaway in Seward! We recently had the pleasure of ringing in the New Year in the picturesque town of Seward, Alaska. The location couldn't have been more perfect – nestled in the heart of Seward, we were treated to breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and the serene waters of Resurrection Bay. The property itself was a true gem, exuding warmth and comfort in every detail. The property owner's hospitality was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and activities. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an unforgettable Alaskan escape.

Spacious and Cozy New Home

This house was absolutely perfect or our winter holiday, and it would be just as great during the other times of year too. It was warm and spacious, with lots of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of surrounding mountains. Lots of parking and a garage that was warm with loads of room for our ski gear. The location is convenient to walking to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The house is new and very clean, comfortable, warm and welcoming. Beds were nice ,and the kitchen well stocked. The property owners were super friendly and available if needed. We want to come back the spring!!

Tranquil and Relaxing

The home is newly built with very modern amenities and features. The layout was perfect for our party of four adults. Entry locks were secure and easy to use either through the garage or front entrance of home. Parking was plentiful for our needs as well. The home was clean and well equipped for cooking and home entertainment. Location is perfect for walking, even in winter, to downtown shops, Sea Life Center, water fronts and restaurants. Owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. Our only recommendation is to consider installing shades in the bay windows in the kitchen and living room along the south side of the home. Great views, but felt like being in a fish bowl to outside folks walking by. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seward and this VRBO was a plus.

Incredible location for unbeatable price!

I had a work trip over the weekend with two co workers and this house was available at very short notice! The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating! They even got us a BBQ grill to use during our 3 day trip! The house is brand new and everything is modern and clean! Each room has its own heat zone and there is no shortage of comfort ranging from a bowl full of free snacks to coffee ready to make! The master bedroom which my co worker had (I was jealous) is great and if I ever made a trip with my family this house would be perfect! On top of all that you are located in a nice quiet part of town with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. Also there was an abundance of parking which worked well with our three work trucks. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this for family’s and for friends. I stay in VBRO’s all the time for work all around alaska and this is by far my all time favorite!
