"Quaint and fully stocked cottage! Murphy bed was comfy! Enjoyed the dock and view! Super duper clean!"

"The condo was not very clean. Floors were very dirty . The condo is not fully equipped . There is one pot and frying pan. Dishwasher didn’t work whole time we were there. We didn’t get any check in instructions I had to text and ask about everything ( door code, WiFi…)"

"Nice little apartment in a great location with a lot of old time Florida charm. Layout of the apartment was a little weird but it was a monthly stay so you get used to it. The place was sold and closed on during our stay but the original host (Kim) was wonderful and made sure the turnover did not affect us. The new manager (Daniela) is also very nice and open to our thoughts on any improvements that we would recommend."

"Had an amazing week at this property (second time renting here) in May of 2024. The house is set up beautifully with plenty of room and privacy for multiple people/families. The property is right on the beach and it felt like a private beach because rarely did we see any other people. There is an elevator, which comes in handy with older guests and luggage etc. The property is managed extremely well, very clean and they provide everything needed for the beach or even kayaking on the river side....
