Independent and quiet studio on the ground floor with private entrance plus parking.
Located 700 meters from the pedestrian cycle path that winds along the lake, you can access the center of Annecy and the beaches. This cycle path is prohibited for motorized vehicles. In Sevrier you will find shops doctors and pharmacy.
Swimming at the landscaped beach of Sevrier, access to the port, to the sailing school, boat rental, numerous hiking trails in the region.

Excellent emplacement

Très bon séjour à sevrier, endroit calme et apaisant, studio bien équipé et les propriétaires très agréables. Le point fort c'est l'emplacement qui nous permettait de se rendre à pieds à la plage.

Vacances au lac d'Annecy

La maison est confortable pour 2 personnes avec le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Je regrette seulement de n'avoir pas su au préalable que le jardin n'était pas privatif : pas facile avec un Chien. À part cela bonnes vacances
