Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this beautiful apartment located on the third floor of an exclusive building with 24 hour concierge service, situated on the prestigious San Pablo street, right on the corner of Plaza de la Magdalena, one of Seville’s most sought-after areas.

Upon entering the apartment, a stylish entrance hall separates the space into two distinct areas, divided by a few steps.

To the left, you’ll find a bright and spacious living room, tastefully decorated with high-quality designer furniture, and featuring large windows overlooking the historic city center. The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), perfect for additional guests. From the living room, step out onto a charming terrace with outdoor furniture, which also connects to one of the bedrooms. This bedroom includes two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom.

On the right side of the apartment, there is a fully equipped, independent kitchen with everything you need during your stay. Next to it is the second bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and a separate full bathroom.

The location is unbeatable. San Pablo street and Plaza de la Magdalena form the vibrant heart of the city, surrounded by luxury shops, boutiques, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the best of Andalusian cuisine.

In addition, all major tourist attractions, including the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, and City Hall, are just a short walk away. This apartment is the perfect base to explore and experience Seville in style and comfort.

The apartment was perfect for 2 couples and it was very well furnished and very comfortable. One of the top places we've stayed and will have no problem staying there again. The apartment was fully loaded, check in was simple and the location is excellent!
