It is a 5-minute walk from Santa Justa High Speed Train Station (AVE) and a 15-minute walk to the historic center of Seville.The newly renovated space with the aim of offering a comfortable stay with everything necessary for our friends to visit Seville.The apartment consists of 3 fully heated bedrooms, a separate kitchen and small but with everything you need for your use, a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. It also has a comfortable living room with TV.Of course the entire stay consists of high speed WIFI internet, so you can work or communicate with friends or family.nbsp;

The property was centrally located with lots of restaurants, a supermarket, and bakery very near by. A bonus is the proximity to the rail station. The unit itself was great.

Lower your expectations!
Apartment is smaller than pictures suggest. It hasn’t been renovated in forever: paint chipping off the walls, walls mead a fresh coat of paint, bathroom was smelly and in one room, the beds weren’t prepared. Very disappointed.
