The BEST location

Lovely property in the heart of Seville and all the activities and monuments. My friend and I walked pretty much the entire city in the 8 days we were there and this apartment was perfect. Central with some great amenities like central heat and a/c. The first couple days we definitely noticed it was a bit of a noisy corner but once the holiday was over it was so much quieter for the rest of our stay and honestly that’s just Seville. It was completely manageable. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. You can’t get a better location. Staying right near the Cathedral is where you want to be for a vacation in Seville and this place is perfect for that.

Seville Central Perfect Location and Accomodations

Sleek, modern upscale apartment located directly in the heart of Seville's tourist must see attractions. As advertised, maybe even better! In a vibrant location with lots of activity so there is some street noise but with windows closed sound disappears. Recommend leaving windows open to enjoy the clambering of the sounds of Seville and the freshest of air. Apartment very secure and safe for entry with all necessities. Highly recommend this property for as visit to Seville.

Best Location & great hosts

If you want to be within walking distance to all the great places in Seville, this is the Best 2 bedroom 1 bath location. Very updated, comfortable, and modern, although some of the electronics were challenging (getting through the door to exit the apartment, TV didn't connect, induction stovetop didn't provide heat to cook). However, if you plan to go out to eat and enjoy the entertainment of Seville . . . none of that mattered. Ignacio was extremely helpful and very responsive. I would recommend and would stay there again.

Emplacement ideal

Appartement lumineux,emplacement idéal néanmoins il pourrait manquer un kit de nettoyage comme produits vaisselle et kit hygiène comme indiqué rasoir ,mousse à raser etc par ailleurs le ménage se trouvait être surperficiel.... manque de propreté dans le réfrigérateur et au niveau des toilettes nous avons dû le faire dommage..... également nous avons eu un problème de chasse d eau nous avons dû réparer nous même .......dommage que la musique connectée ne fonctionnait pas merci pour le séjour

Great location noisy corner

This was a very modern apartment with many conveniences. However there was no introduction to the apartment and its appliances and there were few if any English manuals. We were at first puzzled by the induction cook top all because one of the pans was not meant for induction once we were past this we had no further problems. The washing/dryer was also guess work but we did manage to use it. The TV had Netflix for several days because someone else had log on using their password. After that we lost it and there were no instructions for use. But the apartment had comfortable beds and good linens and was close to most everything. I particularly liked the app that aloud my cell phone to open and unlock the apartment doors even though we also had keys as backups.

Super Lage aber auch Nachteile

Die Wohnung hat eine unschlagbare Lage direkt im Zentrum. Das bringt leider auch erheblichen nächtlichen Lärm mit sich. Die Klimaanlage verbreitete einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch nach Fäulnis und Schimmel, daher blieb sie aus. Die Fenster nachts offen zu halten ist aber auch keine Lösung. Das Sofa war ziemlich verdreckt und auch im Bad gab es in den Ecken die Haare und anderes der Vormieter zu besichtigen. Die WhatsApp Kommunikation mit der Agentur war aber sehr gut und freundlich. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Wohnung schon lange nicht mehr von der Agentur kontrolliert worden ist.

Great apartment in great location

Three of us (wife, son and I) spent six nights in Sevilla at this great apartment. Perfect location, well equipped, and comfortable. Easy to communicate with Patricia. Phone activated locks made checkin super easy. Highly recommend!

Better Than Advertised!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in Sevilla. The property was exactly as the pictures described and the location even better than we expected. Entry into the building & apartment was very easy using the app and helped us feel safe. We loved the view of the Catedral de Sevilla from the living room, which was very comfortable for us and our two teenagers to relax. Fast Wi-Fi kept the kids happy after a long day of exploring the city center. We found everything we wanted to see to be easily accessible with a short walk, but there is a metro stop just a few paces from the front door. Literally, a perfect experience! Thanks guys. We loved it and Sevilla!!

Brilliant central location, all mod cons

Everything was exactly as described in text and in photos. A quality property with fantastic view to the Cathedral, including a glimpse up the street of Sevillian life: dining, singing, horses and carriages going past. A short walk to Cathedral, Real Alcazar and interesting streets/shops. Five minutes by tram to Plaza de España. Well equipped with things that work: washer/dryer, stove, electronic shutters, quality comfortable beds, good shower, etc. Good communication with Patricia and Ignacio. I highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Don't look further, this apartment is what you want to be in while visiting Sevilla.

Centrally located to everything!

Clean, comfy, apartment with all the necessary amenities to have cook. We enjoyed the view from the living room. Lots to explore in the city by foot. We bought beautifully souvenirs from an Artesanía nearby. Ignacio was very helpful and answered any question we had promptly! We would stay there again!

Great Apartment

Our recent stay was great. The location of the apartment was fantastic and has a beautiful view of the cathedral. It is right off of the main square so if you require complete silence to sleep this may not be ideal. That said, there are electronic, metal shades outside of all of the windows that allow for darkness and also insulate from the majority of the noise in the evenings. The layout was perfect for my husband and two sons. Finally, there is an electronic key system which made check in so easy and allowed for everyone in our family access to come and go. We highly recommend the apartment.

Great location. Modern and clean. Lovely

Highly recommend this apartment. Great location, great view of the cathedral. Modern, clean and comfortable. It is on a busy little square with lots of activity night and day...great for early risers. One night we had a spontaneous flamenco concert. Ignatio was great and always responded quickly to any questions ... even unlocking the apartment remotely when we locked ourselves out.

Makes me want to move to Sevilla

Ignacio was so responsive and helpful. The apartment is well furnished, spotless and exceedingly well located. Great shower. Check in and out was very easy (though I couldn't remember the apartment number, so was momentarily delayed). One of the best vacation stays we've had. Wish we'd stayed longer Thank you!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist neuwertig und gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der electronic key war für uns aber nicht unproblematisch. Sehr problematisch war es für uns nachts zu schlafen durch den Lärm mehrerer Bars, Gesang, Klingelterror, Beladestation der Post, Straßenreinigung, Müllabfuhr ..., der erst morgens bei Tagesanbruch aufhörte. Schallisolierte Fenster wären sehr angebracht.

Beautiful, clean and fantastic location

My daughter and I visited Sevilla for a quick three day vacation. The apartment was easy to access. The owner was super responsive to any questions I had. Wifi was great. Beds were comfortable, and the place was super clean. Couldn't beat the location either - everything was walking distance. Highly recommend and if I am ever in Sevilla again I plan on staying here!

Casa moderna con equipamiento y mobiliario nuevos

La casa está equipada con un mobiliario moderno y práctico, tal y como viene indicado. A 20 metros de la catedral, y excelentes vistas. Situación perfecta para disfrutar de Sevilla. Si os gusta la tuna, seréis espectadores de primera fila la noche del 7-Dic, ya que debajo de la casa hay una pequeña capilla con la Virgen de la Inmaculada a la que los tunos le hacen ofrendas con sus cánticos. Los anfitriones respondieron siempre rápidamente y atentamente a cualquier duda que tuvimos. Estancia para repetir.

Great stay in Saville!

The apartment is super centrally located. Lots of restaurants even just below the building! Ignatio was an amazing host; he greeted us at the apartment and remained available throughout. The apartment itself is very clean and modern with all the emenities needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
