A superb option in Seville. My room was very quiet and comfortable...I blasted the A/C because it was 90 degrees outside. The lobby is elegant and the patio is very nice. The location is very convenient, both with respect to getting to the sites, as well as nearby services. Restaurants within a few hundred yards include inexpensive bars, and a Michelin-listed fine-dining restaurant. And good ice cream shops.

The hotel is facing a small courtyard where you can sit and have coffee, which gives it a great vibe. The front desk staff was very helpful, answering my questions. My room had a beautiful terrace that overlooked the courtyard below.

I stayed here twice on this trip. The room was superb...clean, quiet, and superbly comfortable. Seville was hot, even in late September. I am heat-intolerant and the ability to blast the air-conditioning was absolutely wonderful. The property also has an elegannt lobby where one can sit, and a comfortable and lovely patio. It is well located. And the immediate area offers excellent options. The plaza on which it sits has modeate bars/eateries, or 100 meters away, a fine-dining restaurant and bar listed on Michelin. And the neighborhood has other simple amenities like a grocery store.

This is a cute - simple stay in the heart of Sevilla. You can walk everywhere after parking your car just a few minutes walk away. My suggestion if you are only staying a night or 2 only bring a quick easy bag because it is imposssible to get your car close to the front door for drop off.

Finding this place is horrible. Good luck cause they also have road closure with no way of getting into the hotel if you have a car. Bathroom stinks of sewage coming from plumbing. Room is quite nice though.

extremely noisy AC

Never book this hotel, in minimum during summer! It has a 40 years old, centralized AC that can NOT be controlled by the guest. That AC is extremely noisy, running in late evening (11 pm till midnight) as well as in the very early morning (6.30 am). Impossible to sleep! The room is cooled down to iceland conditions, too. May be it is less strange in other rooms, I had room 228. They said, the nearest one to the "machine".

Un peu déçu

Dans l’ensemble c’était bien. Les oreillers très inconfortable, l’air climatisé est contrôlé par la réception et le minimum qu’on a eu est 22 degrés!! La demande a été faite pour 18-19 et la réponse fut NON. Si vous n’avez pas besoin de fraîcheur pour dormir, c’est un bon hôtel. Très bien situé et très propre.
