Wonderful duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms, located in the most exclusive area of ​​Seville, the Arenal quarter.

This amazing apartment is located on Padre Marchena Street, in a beautiful typical Sevillian style house, renovated and converted into 3 apartments. It’s the perfect place to enjoy, at the same time, the quiest surrondings, and the best location to visit Seville.

In the restoration of the house, all the architectural aspects that give value to the building have been respected, as for example the original wooden beams that support a raised ceiling of more than 3 meters high. The living room has been furnished in detail contrasting classic and modern elements. It has a nice seating and dining area, and the kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with everything our guest might need.

It has two double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed of 1.60 * 1.90 m and a bathroom with shower en suite, and another one with two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 cm each. The other bathroom with shower is located outside the rooms with access from the living room. In addition, there is a beautiful terrace on the top floor, furnished and ready to enjoy it to the fullest.

Padre Marchena street is one of the quietest in the center and the Arenal area. There are are many exclusive houses with the typical arquitecture of Seville, and also the area is completely safe. Close to the apartment there are numerous bars, and it’s easy to find some of the most famous restaurants in the city, as well as small shops and two supermarkets. In addition, the most importany monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, or the Giralda, are just a few minutes walking from the apartment.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.

The apartment was perfect for us and the roof terrace a lovely bonus.The road is quiet and in a nice area with restaurants,bars and the sites of Seville close by.My suggestion would be that the apartment is better suited to a family with children as both the second bedroom and bathroom are small.We would be very happy to use this apartment again.

Excellent location, well equipped, very helpful staff to assist with all queries via whatsApp. We enjoyed the roof terrace. There were several local tapas bars nearby, a supermarket and ATM. Minutes walk from the Cathedral. Stairs are steep particularly up to the roof terrace, it would not suit anyone with mobility issues or unsteady on their feet.Will definitely be returning to stay again.

This apartment was in the perfect location to see Sevilla. The actual street was quiet but very close to restaurants and walking and everything you'd need. The sun patio was a nice respite in the afternoon sun. Instructions were very good to use everything in the apartment. Overall we couldn't have asked for more.

Our family of four had a great stay at this apartment. It is modern, nicely decorated and has a comfortable rooftop deck to enjoy. The location was excellent as well. We enjoy walking and exploring as a family and we were close, within minutes, to the Triana neighborhood, river walk and main tourist attractions. The neighborhood directly surrounding this apartment is filled with terrific restaurants, bars and squares to relax and enjoy. All around great visit for our family.

Apartment was within 10 walking minutes of most sites and located on a very quiet street. Communication with manager was easy and efficient. The amenities were very modern - nice showers, dishwasher, etc and cold a/c. Would definitely recommend.

This is a good apartment for two people, with enough space to spread out and a decent sun terrace. Small improvements would be fixing the damp/mould under the sink in the front bathroom, properly fixing the bathroom towel hooks which are just loosely stuck in the walls and prone to fall out at the slightest brush, lower the shower fixture in the front bathroom (which was too high for me to reach!) and add better blackout blinds to the interior bedroom. Having said that, it was comfortable and the location is excellent and I would stay there again.

A fantastic location just minutes from the Cathedral and other sites. The apartment was clean and well furnished, the beds were comfortable and the apartment quiet at night. The communication with the owner was excellent (some through vrbo app, some through what's app), and they met us at the apartment when we arrived. The room top patio was a big plus for us. There's no elevator, which was not a problem for us but if you would find it difficult to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs be aware of that. Also, the instructions for using the washing machine and dishwasher were not clear. The apartment has a QR code for a website with instructions, but those instructions do not match the machines in the apartment. Those minor things aside, this is an excellent apartment!

Absolutely perfect property for two to four people. You just can't beat the location of this property. Close to everything, but nice and quiet at night. The apartment is clean and beautiful with a great roof top terrace. You can literally walk to everything that you want to see. Tons of great bars and restaurants within minutes walk. Save yourself a lot of time looking through other listings, and just book this one.

My wife, daughter and I spent 5 days in Sevilla and this property was perfect. Slightly away from the busier tourist areas on a quiet street, but easily accessible by foot to just about everything. Property was perfect. Bright and clean. Air conditioning worked without any issue (it was very hot during our stay), which was critical. Check-in and check-out was super easy, and when we had a question about the door lock to the roof deck we got an immediate response. Speaking of the roof deck, there is a canopy for protection from the sun, which I don't believe shows in the pictures. With the heat of July, we were only able to go up there early in the mornings. Overall, a great property, location and customer experience!

This apartment was wonderful for me, my husband, and his parents! It was centrally located in the old town area, but was very quiet and peaceful in the evening since it’s on a side street. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the needed modern amenities.

This apartment was clean, well equipped, and quite comfortable. Our host, Elena, met us at the rental as was extremely helpful in orienting us to rental. The deck was spacious and comfortable. The picture showing the cathedral is misleading, as it can only be viewed when leaning over the deck balcony. Otherwise, an excellent and centrally located VRBO that I would highly recommend.

As others have posted this apartment is in a great location, central and quiet. Property manager was very attentive. It is a third floor apartment (NA metric) so you need to be able to get up two flights of stairs. Only thing to note is that the bedrooms are not as large as the photos make it look, especially the second bedroom. We would stay there again.

This apartment is amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much! The beds in both bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and nice. The building is very secure and within easy walking distance to the Cathedral and many other of the things we wanted to see in Seville. The communication with the property manager was easy and we were met upon our arrival and given an overview of the apartment and nearby restaurants. It was hot while we were there and when the air conditioner was not quite keeping up, they had a service person out right away to fix the problem. At a cooler time of the year, the rooftop deck would be a lovely place to relax. We can't wait to go back to Seville and would definitely consider staying here again!
