Lovely one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a beautiful building located near the Cathedral, in Consuelo street.

When we enter the apartment there is a very cozy living room decorated with unique furniture. The kitchen it’s built into the living room, and it’s modern, nice and fully equipped. From the living room we have access to the bathroom which has a shower. Walking through the hallway we can enter the bedroom, equipped with a 1,60 x 1,90 cm double bed.

The apartment it’s in a nice and peaceful boulevard, near Mateos Gago street, in the old town of the city. Right next to Consuelo street where the apartment it’s located we can find traditional bars and restaurants and the most important monuments of the city like the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Alcazar.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
