Bel appartement dans un très bel immeuble très bien situé (attention pour le stationnement, il y a des places mais c'est payant, quoique très 1bordable comparé à la France). Quartier très agréable quasiment au cœur de Séville.

All the essentials but not much else

The apartment is nice and the host was very accommodating and responsive, which is appreciated. Beyond that though, the accommodations were unexceptional, average at best. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are worse. The couch cannot be used at all, it is very old and uncomfortable, I’ve seen better in college dorms. The TV is the size of a laptop. The colander in the kitchen is plastic which doesn’t inspire confidence when draining boiling water. There was no coffee apart from a 10 drip coffee machine. Overall the supplies were bare minimum. There was not even a bottle of water to drink when we arrived after a long journey. With Sevilla being the hottest city in Europe, that’s a basic thing that should be there to greet guests and I think is a good representation of the overall stay; lack of care or attention to details both minor and not so minor. There was no soap or shampoo to use either. The location required a minimum 15-20 minute walk to get anywhere. This place could be much better with just a little effort and investment on the part of the host. Get water for guests when they arrive. Get better kitchen supplies. Get better mattresses and pillows. Get a coffee machine with espresso pods. These few improvements would make a big difference.

Super vacances séville tres belle ville .

Nous avons visité seville tous les endroits ,monuments architecture magnifique. Ville tres dynamiques les Sévillent sont super très agréables gentillesse amabilité, serviable. Vraiment nous gardons un très bon souvenir il ce peut que nous revenons.;)

Bon séjour dans un appartement assez proche des lieux à visiter

Tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et la correspondance avec Isabel avant notre arrivée a été très cordiale et intentionnée. Petite remarque: il manque un peu d'équipement en vaisselle et batterie de cuisine, sinon l'appartement est conforme à la description.

Good location

This unit could have been cleaner. Corners of room had dust & dirt. Light bulbs were dusty. 2 bedroom, one room had queen bed, other had 2 twin beds. Beds were IKEA thin mattress and base. One large body pillow. Towels were very strange, did not dry. One plus, there was a clothes washer & dryer.

Conveniently located apartment

Great location, in a quiet neighbourhood close to the train station and within walking distance of the main sights. Isabel met us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

A good value

This is one of the larger places we have stayed. It is rare to find a two bedroom/two bath place in this price range. Isabel was there to meet us. Our taxi driver couldn't find the place but Isabel was available to help us by being on the walk where we could see her.

Our Sevilla experience was fantastic!

Our host was most helpful! The apartment location was fantastic. Restaurants, groceries, and the Santa Justa train station were so convenient. We were able to walk to the city center by going through one of Sevilla’s beautiful parks. The apartment was very comfortable. We would love to return.

Appartement très bien à tous points de vue.

La description de ce gite est fidèle à la réalité. Très pratique pour son emplacement afin de faire toutes visites à pieds dans le centre historique. Literie parfaite et très propre. Il ne manque qu'une cafetière ordinaire, nous ne possédons pas forcément des capsules.... À recommander.

Bons contacts avec la propriétaire. Prise en charge rapide et efficace de l'appartement. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Il a l'avantage d'avoir 2 salles de bains et 2 WC. Il est proche du centre ville et il y a plusieurs supermarchés à proximité.

Great stay in Seville

The apartment was nice, quite, clean and comfortable. Located close to the major city highlights. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out. Our hosts, Isabel was very helpful and accessible. I would recommend this to travelers.
