Apartment with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Central heating cold heat for the whole house. Fully equipped kitchen. Center next to the Plaza de la Alameda. It has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size double bed. The auxiliary bedroom has a bunk for two people. Possibility to book parking under availability at a cost of 15 euros a day. Very quiet area, but very close to all the main destinations in the city such as the Cathedral, Las Setas, etc. There is a washing machine, microwave and utensils for the kitchen.
