Elegant and sophisticated 2 people apartment in a classical-manorial building, completely refurbished in 2016. Situated in the Plaza de Armas emblematic neighborhood, offers a centric and exclusive location to enjoy culture, leisure, gastronomy and luxury shopping in the city of Seville.
Apartment, completely exterior with large windows that provide a great luminosity, has one bedroom and 1 bathroom, and two Balcony.
We used the best materials for the reform, double glazed windows with thermal break that provide maximum insulation from both noise as inclement weather. They have also used the highest quality in terms of wall and floor tiling for kitchen and bathrooms. Central air conditioning and heating. 55 TVs. " Televisions are SmartTV, which are perfect for applications such as Netflix, YouTube or Yomvi.
Magnificent building with 1 room, on the 1th floor (with elevator) with two Balcony to enjoy nice views in a prime location. Located in one of the best areas of the exclusive Plaza de Armas district, in front of the old Estación de Cordoba., close to the main shopping area of the city and proximity to major tourist areas of the city (10 minutes walking)
The living room includes an entertainment centre with a 55" LED TV and high definition sound system with Bluetooth connection. It also includes cable TV system and free Wi-Fi.

We stayed here for a little over 3 weeks. The apartment was very nice and quiet. It was in a great location, 5-15 min walk to shopping , restaurants and main attractions of Seville. The main bus station is minutes away. It's also close to great walking paths along the river.

We very much enjoyed our week in this lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable and we both slept very well. It’s in a great location with nice restaurants nearby (advisable to make reservations) and a large supermarket across the street. Communication was excellent with very clear instructions on how to access the property. Thank you for hosting our stay!

We stayed in this apartment for 30 days and it was a great place to call home. The location is perfect, it's a short walk to the major sites, yet removed enough that you feel you're in a real neighbourhood, not trapped in the tourist zone. Our host was very attentive and quickly responded to any issues that came up. Additionally, he provides a great resource guide to local restaurants, activities etc. Adiós Sevilla, ha sido genial

For people who knows the song Spanish Train from Chris de Burg, you’ll be exactly between Guadalquivir and Old Seville. Perfect place to visit Sevilla. We enjoyed our stay here

From the moment we booked and through until our departure communication was excellent. The apartment was perfect for us and worked for everything we matter to see and do. Dining recommendations provided were also great (Bodegon, La Chala, Paradas 7))!I would add the rooftop bar of Attico, splendid views only a short walk from the apartment. The apartment was ok and in a good location close to everything. The listing said washer and dryer false. The air conditioner was not working and the shower was leaking. The host was very informative and provided information on best places to eat and good entertainment to enjoy

We really enjoyed our 2-week stay in this condo. The pictures are accurate. The apartment has everything you need. Juan/Antonio always responded very promptly to our queries and were very helpful. The location is perfect. The proximity to the bus station makes easy to get to the airport. And the apartment is close to historic sites visitors want to see. No need for a car while in Sevilla. Great experience.

This property should not be rented again until the mold issue is remedied. My husband and I have both been sick with sore throats and congestion since our last day there. The other issue was the lack of instruction in English for the washer/dryer. We chose this place so we could do laundry half way through trip. We contacted owner and got no response except a voice mail that said what a horrible day he was having a work and couldn't get over. We finally downloaded the manual in English ourselves. Cannot recommend

Beautifully decorated place near the main attractions but without the crowds. Lovely restaurants within 5 minute walk and convenient large grocery store, Mercadona, across the street. Best place we stayed at in Spain. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely and spacious apartment - with excellent washing machine which was so appreciated for weary travellers. A huge bonus is the double glazed windows as the streets can be noisy at night. The apartment felt very safe and was very clean. Aircon was a bonus at 35C! Highly recommend and would come back here is we ever had an opportunity to visit beautify Seville again.
