"We were looking for a location close to Daytona Beach for an event we were attending, yet wanted a small town feel with restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Condo was clean and convenient. The wagon and beach chairs were a really nice bonus. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean with good showers. We would highly recommend the Funky Pelican, for Lunch or Dinner, sit outside and enjoy the ocean/beach view. Friends Cafe Dulorce De Leche Cafe can't be beat for a great breakfasts....

"Alina was proactive - starting with excellent communication prior to check in (and continued throughout our stay) including photos showing how to do things….which was phenomenal as we arrived late and exhausted. Her photos made it a breeze to get to the condo. Building is very secure. The room was spotless and very well equipped. "If I have any suggestions at all, it would be update the main bathroom toilet as it sits a little low and it was wobbling. The couch also could be updated as it sunk way down. Otherwise I love the people at the front desk, super friendly and kind. The facility was clean and enjoyed the pool. I still give it a 5 because I wasn’t there to sit on the couch anyway. "

"This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...
