"I thought the place was extremely clean. The bed was super soft. The shower was great and nice and hot. It would have been nice to have a bit of sugar in the apartment to accompany the coffee machine but I was able to grad some in the local supermarket and left it there for others to use. All the appliances are brand new and working. My favourite part of this apartment was how well I slept. It is a quiet area and as mentioned the bed was perfect!! I will definitely stay here again."

"This apartment was as described and worked well for my family of 5. There was plenty of space and we greatly appreciated having the elevator! The only comment is that the couches were so uncomfortable to sit on, I would consider upgrading those but otherwise it was a great property! My son forgot his stuffed animal behind and the property manager was very accommodating in mailing it to us, which we greatly appreciated. "We were 5 adults and 3 children staying here for 3 nights in early April. We loved that it was steps to the Bilbao metro station and from bus lines going to the major museums. The neighborhood has more of a local vs tourist feel and that was special. Management was very accommodating to our need for more towels and an extra pillow. Comfy beds, loved the individual bedroom a/c units. We will return, and we are also sharing this location with our friends as a recommendation."
