Some of the sheets and blankets had stains. Had water coming from the upstairs bathroom after taking a shower. They were very responsive though once told about the leak. They had someone come look at it the morning after.

The area is beautiful. We loved the big windows and watched a storm while safely inside! Lots of cozy nooks (even for the kids). The pool was our biggest draw. Thanks for your hospitality.

Loved staying here. Beautiful and spacious cabin. Loved the pool inside and the pool table and hot tub. Kids had a blast. My favorite was the beautiful views though when sitting on rocking chair on top deck. Highly recommend this cabin!!

Our whole family enjoyed this trip. Our local representative was very helpful and easy to contact. The location was great, not far from any of the attractions. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. We would stay with this property management again.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It is everything they say it is! It is very spacious and very clean! Property management was super helpful and responded quickly. There were plenty of supplies for us to use and the kitchen had everything we needed! We highly recommend staying here!

We were extremely pleased with this property. It was very clean. The only suggestion we have is more seating in the main floor living room, and an island in the kitchen. It was beautiful and clean!

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful experience at the Big Pine Chalet! The cabin was beautiful and the views are amazing. The customer service was excellent and they called two times before we got there asking if we had any questions or needed anything. They were wonderful to work with! There isn't one thing that I would change about the property or our experience! We will definitely stay here again.
