Outdoor Living
The outdoor spaces at Tudor Rose are designed to feel like your own private resort. Guests can enjoy the seasonal heated pool, open April 1 through October 1, 2026, featuring a beautiful rock wall and waterfall. Spend your days swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, or preparing meals at the outdoor kitchen with grills and a sink.

During Dollywood’s summer fireworks season, typically from mid-June through July, the estate offers a front-row view of the nightly fireworks show, creating a memorable experience right from the property.

Whether you are enjoying morning coffee by the fountain, an afternoon by the pool, or an evening under the stars, Tudor Rose offers plenty of space to relax, gather, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Main Level
The main level offers comfortable gathering areas, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and access to the outdoor deck.

Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, gas log fireplace, and a private door leading to the outdoor deck. From this room, guests can enjoy views of the pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities.

Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub. Please note that this bathroom does not include a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven and stove, modern appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining room provides a welcoming space for group meals, while the sitting room and living room each feature gas log fireplaces for added comfort and charm.

The main level also includes a private movie theater room with luxury seating, perfect for movie nights, streaming your favorite shows, or watching the big game.

Upper Level
The upper level features four additional bedrooms and spacious bathroom accommodations.
Bedroom 3 includes a queen-sized bed and a private full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Bedroom 4 includes a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it a great option for families or guests with children.

Bedroom 5 includes a queen-sized bed.

Bedroom 6 includes a queen-sized bed.

Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a luxury Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and spacious Jacuzzi tub.

Lower Level Entertainment Area
The lower level of Tudor Rose is designed for fun and relaxation. This level includes a custom pirate ship bar, round high-top tables, a gas fireplace, TV viewing area, arcade game, and pool table.
Guests will also find an exercise room equipped with Bowflex workout equipment, along with a convenient bathroom with a shower.
Both the main and lower levels provide access to the outdoor amenities, making it easy to move between indoor entertainment and outdoor relaxation.

Guests can easily enjoy restaurants, shopping, entertainment, family attractions, scenic drives, hiking, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Events and Group Information
Tudor Rose has a total overnight sleeping capacity of 12 guests. Outdoor events for up to 50 people may be allowed with prior approval.
