We had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was so smooth with amazing communication. The location was absolutely perfect between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was super cozy and comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise and sunset on the back porch. Thank you for everything!

This is a nice 2BR cabin with hot tub. Gas fireplace in master bedroom was a nice touch. Amenities were lacking. No starter coffee despite having various coffee makers. And unit was not stocked with trash bags.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The location could not be better for traveling to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was so incredible in every way, spacious, tasteful, EXTREMELY LARGE upstairs bedroom which was perfect for our stay with little ones. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

The overall rental procedures was painless. The cabin is one of the best we have stayed in especially with pets. Perfect location just a mile or two outside of two. Quiet neighborhood.

Place was great, area not much to hike or walk but for warm weather place to stay to take the area activities it was great. Four wheel drive needed for the winter.

Location and cabin were really good. Down side is the beautiful fireplace couldn’t be used and the hot tub filter was so dirty and disgusting that once we noticed it we didn’t really want to use it anymore.

Overall this was a great cabin. It is cute and cozy. Very clean with a few exceptions that I notified management about and they promptly took care of. Never could get the wifi to work. I would still stay here again. Management was great.

Only thing I wish they get a key code so you won't have to go back to the office other than that is fine

Really no complaints, just some suggestions :) list the kuerig so we know what coffee to bring, maybe have one or two dishwasher pods so it’s easier to clean up, might want to invest in a memory foam topper for the upstairs bed.. it is rather lumpy.
Overall, still a lovely trip!

This cabin was a great place for 5 of us to stay! It was a little dusty and the hot tub cover should be replaced. It has an odor and is kindof falling apart. The cleaning crew could have cleaned a little better, the floors needed to be swept but other than that everything else was perfect. It’s a beautiful place to stay and is accurate to the listing. Also, we were told it had a gas grill but it actually had a nice charcoal grill and that was fine we just would’ve preferred to bring charcoal rather than have to go back out into heavy Rod Run traffic and buy more.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. This cabin is so pretty and well laid out. We loved that it was easily accessible from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg (no dangerously narrow or steep roads). The driveway and parking situation was great, too, compared to some others in the area. The cabin itself is beautiful. Although it is close to other cabins, there are lots of trees to make it feel very private. We enjoyed the screened porch and the lovely view of the the sunset through the trees. The cabin could have been cleaner, though. Quite a few of the dishes and silverware were dirty and needed to be washed before we used them. Our puppy pulled a Chick-Fil-A box and a strawberry out from somewhere in the cabin (not our stuff!) The windows really, really need to be cleaned to improve the overall ambiance.

This property manger doesn’t show the 6 property protected by security camera’s or the fact that less than 30 feet in front of it lives HOARDERS who scream continually I have two little girls and with all this my VRBO was for internet - this place had neither internet nor cell service. Personal note to both the owner and VRBO as a Deputy and safety consultant with 30 years plus of service my eyes are on you and the next time - something already has as this is the reason for the signs- I will offer my testimony for the victim. VRBO I would never use or recommend you too anyone

Lovely cabin, decorated nicely. We had a few problems, but didn't report them until we left as we were only there a couple of days. Upstairs bedroom is lovely! Bed was comfortable, but pillows weren't. Should have brought our own from home. We enjoyed the fireplace and Jacuzzi tub very much. The sink in the bathroom upstairs was very slow draining and many light bulbs were out. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working very well. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was cozy. The screened porch with the rockers was nice. We had planned to use the hot tub, but since it was running when we arrived, we were a little afraid to. Would we stay here again? Maybe. Would we use Fireside Chalets to book again? No.

This was a great cabin to stay in for several nights with our two children as we visited Gatlinburg and the Smoky mountains. Very clean , comfortable, everything worked well. Nice gas fireplaces upstairs and downstairs. We originally booked planning to bring pets but a couple weeks before our trip we got a call saying they no longer allowed pets and cancelling our booking! The rental manager offered us a very different cabin in a very different location. This was not reflected on VRBO. We ended up deciding not to bring pets and keeping the booking, but this was unexpected, and could've been an issue if we didn't have flexibility. So, no complaints, but note there are no longer pets allowed for this property.
Other notes: Bring standard coffee filters or Keurig cups (they have both kinds of coffee makers, but no supplies). Bring shampoo and conditioner. Beach towels to use with hot tub are also recommended, though they provided plenty of bath towels.

The Antler Crossing cabin was cozy and nice in general, but really lacking on the cleanliness and any "extra" personal touches. The attempt of decorating for Christmas was a small thrown together Christmas tree and that was it! The neighbors cabins were decorated on the outside and looked very nice.
The Ceiling fans were very dusty, spider webs in the ceiling, and the cabin could use a good scrubbing in general. The lighting in the cabin is very dimly lit. The porch was so dark we had to use our cell phone flashlight to see the front door to enter the lock code, so security was a concern. Once we arrived, we noticed the Screens on front door and windows were all damaged and we reported it to the office. Also the dining room chairs had cut/slices on the back of some of the chairs which we also reported. Hot Tub - we didn't go into it because it smelled very musty/moldy and we didn't want to risk getting sick from the water. We have stayed at other Property Management locations in the area, and this experience at Antler Crossing was sub-par for sure. The big plus was the location of this cabin which is between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and that was the big decision maker for us to stay in this particular cabin. Would recommend some updating to be done overall, and enlarge the TV in the main room. The main TV is very small for the size of the cabin. Not sure if we would come back to this particular cabin on any future visits to area.

Very beautiful cabin and had great privacy !! Cabin was exceptionally clean . Only thing I would change would be the outside hot tub has very little water/ jet pressure . It’s a little outdated but I’m sure hard to change out . In the pics on the VRBO account it shows the back porch view being open pretty much and able to see great views but the trees really have grown up tall and now block the views of the mou mountains!! But other than those two things . Oh and bigger T.V in living room . The one there is to small for the room !!
Very nice though and thank you for a great weekend 👍🙌
