Fire pit is bring-your-own wood, and charcoal grill is bring-your-own charcoal.

The living room is equipped with a cozy gas log fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa.
We have a water filtration system, comfortable mattresses, high quality living room furniture and dining room table with seating for 6.

The hot tub has a cover lifter and sturdy steps for easy access and easy use.

Everything is on one level so there are no big staircases to climb.

This is a great family getaway! Suitable for family members of all ages!

We provide bed, bath, and kitchen linens, beach towels, pillows, comforter for each bed, extra blankets, luggage rack for each bedroom, starter pack of toilet paper for both bathrooms, starter pack of paper towels, hand soaps, starter kit of coffee pods and teas, a couple trash can liners, and a starter pack of dishwasher and laundry soaps.

For additional household supplies and groceries, Food City grocery store is just 2.5 miles away and Walmart is 5.5 miles away.

Important notes: There is a fair amount of parking available. However, there is limited space to turn around a vehicle towing a trailer. Also, the back yard is very steep – not a great play area but a great view from back deck.

Guests are required to sign a renter agreement and provide a $300 security deposit (hold). The hold will be released a few days after your departure. Primary renter is required to be at least 22 years of age.

UP TO 2 DOGS ARE ALLOWED PER STAY, but you must select pets at the time of booking. The pet fee will automatically be included in the fees listed (host fees). If this is not selected at the time of booking, there will be an additional $125 pet fee charged. Additional dogs may be considered, on a case by case basis. If approved, an extra fee will apply. Guests must clean up after their dogs in the yard and neighborhood.

Rocky Top Escape is located VERY close (1 mile) to the main entrance to Dollywood and Splash Country. It's also convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg; both are just minutes away!

Perfect location!

Went to see sights and visit Dollywood , its only 1 mile to the gate of Dollywood and about 3 miles to all the attractions. Host had good communication throughout stay. Even got to see a bit of snow!

Perfect little get-a-way

Feels like youre way out in the country but literally just up the mountain from Dollywood & Pigeon Forge. So close to Gatlinburg & Great Smokies. Perfect for small family or two couples. Fantastic view and comfortable beds.

Pigeon Forge Trip

Very nice Cabin on the mountain. Jacuzzi bath and hot tubs were really nice. Super close to Dollywood and other tourist attractions but once we were in the cabin we felt very secluded.

My wife, our 6 month old son, and myself stayed here for four night. Absolutely loved it and plan on booking here again. We have season passes to Dollywood and can be in the parking lot within 5 minutes. Very clean and well furnished. Loved it!

Wonderful Time

Erin, our 2 large dogs, and I had a wonderful time. It was everything we needed and are very grateful for the chance to keep our dogs there. The crares were a tad small (120 and 90lbs) but we brought 1 of our own just in case. The location was fantastic and the locals were vert welcoming to the pups. Thank you so much and we will definitely book again if able to.

Relaxing getaway!

Our family absolutely loved our little getaway to your lovely cabin! Beds were so comfortable, kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook, house was very clean and cozy. Host even graciously let us add an extra night to our stay at the last minute. Thank you again for your kindness and accommodations! We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The location of the house is perfect, within just a few minutes from Pigeon Ford and Gatlinburg. Very quiet and private.

Beautiful Mountain Hideaway Cabin

My wife & our friends love this place, and we hope to book it again next time we visit. Both rooms were equal in size, coziness, and amenities meaning everyone was happy. Spacious living room & kitchen with dining space, fireplace, and a stocked kitchen. Fire pit and back patio with hot tub made for perfect nights outside enjoying that Tennessee air. Great property!

Family trip with dogs

We had a wonderful time! The view was amazing and it was so nice to have our dogs with us for the trip. The house is very convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which made it very easy to get around and do lots of activities as a family. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

This was a fantastic place to stay. Super convenient location just 1.6 miles from Dollywood and close proximity to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The place was very nice and perfect for us and our 2 dogs. It has a beautiful view out back. It was way too hot to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub but they were available to us. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect as we went to Dollywood and visited the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas. The hot tub was amazing after a long day at the theme park. We would definitely stay here again!
