"Staff was overly friendly lol I never met resort staff that were just so uppity and I loved it bc I thought I booked a certain room and turned out I booked the wrong room but everything was booked up by the time I got there, so the comfort that I felt from the staff made my trip that much better for me and my son ๐ so thank you !"

"We had a wonderful time and are planning our next trip back. No place is perfect but this place is pretty great! My children loved it (9,11,12,&18). I loved it as well. I do suggest bringing water shoes. The food is pricy. The staff was amazing. The lifeguards are on high alert. The whole thing was a wonderful experience."

"It's an older property but it's clean, in a great location and has balconies over looking the creek behind it. Stayed here several times with no issues. Typically it's cheaper than some of the other places on the strip in pigeon forge"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay. It was so quaint and relaxing. Bed was super comfy. Shower was fantastic. The room was perfect for what I needed for my stay. Enjoyed the Titanic Museum. I will stay here again real soon. I live in Knoxville and enjoy getaways once a month!"

"The place was very nice. But the scent of Apple that was vented through the air was way too strong at times. Also, I did not like the maintenance cleaning carts set out all through the hallways in the way. The indoor pool area was way too hot to really use. The breakfast was nice. The area was always clean. The food was always full. Staff was pleasant."
