Basketball area. 2 acres sloping to lake to run and play. 20 minutes from large grocery stores, multiple shopping and Pigeon Forge for attractions. 30 minutes from DollyParton theme park. 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and Smoky mountains. 15 minutes from Severville outdoor pool and 10 pickleball courts. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Read Home House Rules fireplace. No water activities allowed without Lifejackets ALL ages. Lifejackets are box on dock. No diving! Use slide OWN risk No smoking or drugs property
Emergency contact in guest books and Terry Vance is co-host if you need assistance. Fire ext under sinks. Turn off gas to inside fireplace if you use it!
Take off shoes in home. Wash feet off outside after lake. When checking out heat to 65 and AC to 80. No pets. Home is limited to 8 guest including children. No smoking, drugs on property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
