"A lovely stay. When our train to Lake Como was cancelled we got stuck in Saronno so it was either pay loads on a taxi or get a hotel. We chose this hotel and it was a god send. Very close to Saronno train station, with very friendly staff. The room was clean and stylish. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the latte was much needed to start our continuing journey. We would highly recommend if you’re staying in the area or need a stop off if travelling. "

"The property on the website is very misleading. It's basically providing services as a motel and a hotel. So if you were to choose an economy room you are simply living in a motel. I was under the impression that I will be getting a hotel room but instead I was lodging in an area which is outside the main hotel building and reception. Something which I was not comfortable with. "The place was terrible. Looked Dilapidated. While the receptionists were trying to be cordial, the manager scolded them when there requested to book taxi's. Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel."
