"If you are planning a trip to Carlsbad NM this is the place to stay. We are a family of 5 and the room included 2 queen sized beds and a pullout sofa bed. All were comfortable. The breakfast included was excellent. The property is nice and in a good area. 10 out of 10 would stay here again."

"Staff was very nice! Gave great restaurant recommendations. Washer and dryer are free just need laundry detergent. Breakfast is really good big selections. It's very quiet there! We stayed there 3 nights"
