The property was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The unit was clean and the finishes were very modern. There were a few things lacking within the room such as no full length mirror, no iron, no sponge to wash the dishes. Also, the listing made it seem like they had beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach for you, but that is not the case. The give you beach items which you have to carry over yourself and set up. So I am not sure what the resort fee is for and the resort fee that they charge is very expensive per day.

One of the biggest conveniences was the complimentary hotel shuttle transportation, which made getting around easy and stress-free. It was especially helpful for visiting nearby attractions without worrying about parking or transportation.

From start to finish it was the best lodging experience Ive ever had in the Cayman Islands. The staff made it a top notch experience; service was exceedingly great. Security was helpful and always monitoring the grounds. Housekeeping made it feel like a new room any time we asked. Christian the property manager picked us up in parking and gave us a full tour and told us of events and future opportunities at the property. The amenities were perfect; pool, sauna, beach, gym, restaurants, etc were all close and clean with friendly staff. We will book here again and might even purchase a unit. Ill book direct next time to avoid the facility fee but it was still an amazing deal which will be even better next time.

Great setting within its own 'grove' of retailers and 4 eating choices. Outdoor water fountain(small spray) patio for toddlers seemed to be enjoyed by many families through our week there. Room was spacious and clean. Quiet setting.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It has everything you need in one place: a gym, restaurants, cafés, shops, and even a well-stocked market where you can buy groceries, breakfast items, lunch, or quick meals if you prefer to prepare something yourself. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite touches was that the hotel provides beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to take to the beach. Each building has its own beautiful swimming pool on the second floor, which made it feel peaceful and never overcrowded. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is perfect—just cross the street and you’re at the beach. It’s also within walking distance of many great beachfront restaurants along Seven Mile Beach, which we absolutely loved. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very clean and well-maintained condo, conveniently located close to the beach. The property was exactly as pictured. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were a wonderful bonus, allowing us to comfortably explore multiple areas along Seven Mile Beach as well as Rum Point. Communication with the property management team was consistently prompt and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.
