  • Located on the vibrant Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, our condo at Island Pine Villas offers an idyllic setting for remote work or study in paradise. Step outside to powdery sands, thrilling water sports, and exceptional snorkeling right at your doorstep. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and Camana Bay's shopping options, including groceries and activities.

    Recently renovated, our second and third-floor condo features a unique layout. Unlike other units, our loft bedroom has been enlarged and enclosed for added privacy. Upstairs, you'll enjoy a cozy retreat with a small, en suite bathroom featuring a shower. Please note, the sloped ceiling in the upstairs shower may be more suitable for guests under 5'7", while taller individuals may prefer the spacious downstairs shower.

    For your convenience, a local manager is available to promptly address any needs that may arise during your stay.

Host was great. Very responsive and informative. Very clean property and as described. Host provided linens, bath tissue, paper towels, beach towels, bathing towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats…..pretty much everything you could need. Jacks beach bar right next door with very good food. In unit washer and dryer was great. Very impressed with this place !! Highly recommend! Kitchen was well stocked with the utensils and pots and pans. Pool and grounds were very nice as well. Everything nearby that you could need, restaurants, shops and groceries.

My family had a wonderful week at this condo! It truly felt like a home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen. Tons of pool/beach toys and floats, including an air pump. Super close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

What a great location right next to the beach and within walking distance of so many things. We saw several different beaches while we were here and this was definitely one of the best. Great swimming and snorkeling lots of fish. They have like an artificial reef. It’s debris you know out there big blocks or stones that have like coral growing on it and there’s fish everywhere. It’s really beautiful. The water in the Grand Cayman is absolutely amazing. From here everybody does pick up so all the tours and everything come right to the road out front. Everything was so easy and check-in was amazing. Communication was so on point. We hope to come back soon!

10/10, would stay again! Listing was perfect for our family of 4. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom perfect for 2 kids. Kitchen well stocked, lots of items for the beach and pool, and they don’t cut corners on silly things like paper products, garbage bags, etc. Really appreciated the laid back yet responsive host. Exactly what we were looking for!

Location is great but you have to be shorter then 5’5 to stand in the upstairs bathroom and the condo is just dated.

The place was great. We enjoyed our time at the villa and at Grand Cayman. I'd recommend Micheale's place to anyone visiting Seven Mile Beach and Grand Cayman.

This was a fantastic property for my family’s visit to Grand Cayman. The unit is well laid out with lots of space for parents and two young boys. We also appreciate the host having beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles and sand toys. These are things we didn’t want to pack and loved that we can just check in, drop everything and head to the beach. Speaking of beach, the complex has a direct access to the beautiful Sevem Mile Beach and use of the pool. The unit is also well situated. With proximity to Camana Bay and being on West Bay road, it gave us great dining options when we decided we didn’t want to cook. I highly recommend and would rebook again.

This condo was a perfect home base for our vacation! We loved the location & all of the amenities - it was fully stocked, the washer/dryer was awesome, and the kitchen had all the dishes you could need! The pool at the complex is great too and parking was easy. We did go snorkeling right outside the condo and saw a green turtle which was a highlight of our trip for sure! The other huge plus for us was all of the beach chairs and toys - it made it feel like a true home away from home. Our kids (3 5) loved their upstairs bedroom, too. I would definitely stay here again!

Unit was exactly as described with ample offerings to ideally accommodate our family of 4. Can’t beat the location and direct access to the beach. This was undoubtedly a genius find and thankful for Mikki being a great host? We long to return one day !

Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. So many extras, from pool and beach toys to fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Perfectly situated on Seven Mile Beach and at the pedestrian access to Camana Bay. Climate control in all rooms, plenty of hot water for showers, so many entertainment options (TV, DVDs, books, board games). Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Grand Cayman.

Island Pines

We enjoyed our stay at Island Pines Villas.The close proximity to Camana Bay and shops along 7 mile beach was great.We really enjoyed walking the beach.The accommodations were nice. We definitely would stay at this condo again.

Great retreat with lovely beach

We really enjoyed our time on Seven Mile Beach at this property. It's a great location to shops and restaurants and the walkway to Camana Bay was really pleasant and easy. And of course the beautiful beach. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Really wonderful! The condo is great and in the perfect location at the end of 7 Mile Beach. Beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for the week including beach chairs and even suntan lotion! we had a fantastic week!

Island Pines 32

Overall great stay! Love staying at Island Pines every time we come to Grand Cayman. Unit 32 has a great set up. Clean and had most of everything that we needed. Enjoyed our time and would recommend staying there in the future.

Beachfront, clean, central, as advertised.

Super clean unit with great quiet section of the beach. Easy access to restaurants, and all the amenities of seven mile beach. We did a mix of relaxing and scuba excursions on the trip and the place was perfect.
