"Disappointing experience. Nice size property with ample space for our party of eight adults, comfortable beds. However we were greeted with dirty plates etc. in the dishwasher, glasses on the drainer (not sure if they were clean or dirty), filthy air fryer, fridge needed wiping out before we could use it. The top two drawers in the freezer need attention. Very Wobbly bar stools with some feet missing, one broken (dangerous) chair, no tea towels. We also had to search for toilet rolls for the...

"From all the places me and my friends rented for a holiday this has to be the most comfortable and best place we stayed at to see our friends in London"

"Room was ok, no TV.Toilet was 2 ft x 8 ft , but had wc, small basin and shower, but for a person like me it was cramped.Heating system was effective but had a lot of metallic noise, so i use to switch off heater at day n not at night"

"The house is in a good location, only a 10 minute walk from the train station and 30 minutes to central London. The house is spacious and great for a group and the owner was friendly. Towels were provided as well as a few hygiene products. There were however a few downsides. The house was definitely not cleaned well, the floor was sticky and dirty. "Wonderful property. Suited our needs perfectly for a group of 10 teens and 4 adults. The bedroom configuration was a clincher as it meant each person had their own bed. Only 10mn walk to the train station, 30mn into centre of London. High street just a walk around the corner. Fabulous property and we are very happy with our choice"

"It was a really nice hotel and experience. Bed was uber comfortable, noise level low. The corridor did have a slight carpet smell. Would advice that maybe something be done about it but inside the room and else where was great. Restaurant was really good and breakfast was excellent, would not mind if they were syrup options at the coffee machine for some extra variety and touch. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. "
