"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful. "We had a lovely week at this villa. The surroundings were beautiful with an amazing view. The house was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. There is air con in all the bedrooms which works very well. The pool is big, and surrounded but sun loungers and an attractive garden. It is about 45 minute drive to Lisbon, so very handy for the tourist sites there. And it is about 20 minutes from some lovely beaches. Vasco the host was very helpful, and easy to contact for any questions. The house had everything we needed - well kitted out kitchen, TV, indoor and outdoor seating, and even a games room with table football and a pool table. It was a perfect villa and we were sad to leave. "
