"The property was really well located beside the railway station, walking distance from all parts of the city centre. The place looked newly renovated, room was perfect with an immaculate bathroom. Rooms are falling apart- resort is too big to manage by the staff they have at hand. the most difficult part is that they take away your car at the entrance and then you have to rely on a shuttle bus that runs only one in 30 minutes to get to you car or any other place in the resort - such as the beach; parking; food options; animal area."

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
