Very accommodating about storing our luggage and arranging to send it to Imabari when we made a last minute change to our cycling plans because of the weather. Economy rooms were tiny but comfortable."

"There is a beautiful Japanese garden at the back of the hotel, that you can spend hours in. It is very helpful if you have had a long flight from overseas and want a day to help with jet lag. If you are a senior, with ID proving your age, it is free to enter. The buffet breakfast is fine. There are reasonable priced meals at the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"I made a mistake while reserving and arrived the day after (the day I thought I had booked). They were very kind to allow me to check in without paying again. That was a great gesture. Nice hotel close to the port, and 20 minutes from the train station. Breakfast was good. "
