"During my stay, I can see dust everywhere though the hotel is clean. Then the hotel has a policy where they could not clear out the coin laundary washers even if it is done. So there goes your laundary plan if you encounter inconsiderate users that hog the laundary washers. Staff is helpful, breakfast is excellent, location is great."

"The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom is especially nice, with a separate shower and bathtub, which made my stay even more relaxing. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. "Hotel can be easily accessed from the underground shopping area called the Unimall, from exit U8. Take the stairs up from the Unimall and you’ll see the hotel. Very convenient. Rooms are a bit tiny, especially the entrance area. Free water bottle daily. Room service every 4 days. Room echoes a little because of concrete walls."
