"Absolutely wonderful stay. Everything is as described. Clean. Perfect location. Small parking lot next to their building. The breakfast was expansive. The staff were all so friendly even though I don’t speak any French. 100% would recommend and stay here again. Get the ocean view room. "

"My first room had a horrible smell. I was told they have it when it is windy. Too bad there is always wind in Sete. I had to argue to change it to another room. I was given a lower category room so the no offer to compensation. In the new room the sink did not drain. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. No excuse offered. Seemed business as usual. Never again."

"Could not have asked for a better location. Right in the center of all of the amazing restaurants and shops. Make sure to take a cruise around the Peninsula and eat fresh fish. The town is truly a step back in history"

The location is perfect as it is close enough to everything but yet quiet.Only 1 little minus :It would have been nice to have an elevator to drag the luggage 2 floors up. "Probably one of the worst Ibos Budget hotels I’ve stayed in. Tiny room, barely enough space to get round the bed. Really takes ‘no frills’ to the extreme. The positives: if you stay here you probably want access to the ferry - which is practically next door. Parking behind the hotel. The town centre is a bit further but walkable. There is a carrefour supermarket nearby to stock up on whatever you need. Negatives: where to start. Tiny room as mentioned, pitiful breakfast, codes to remember for room, lift, and staircase -all different. No lunch/dinner onsite at the weekend - the food shed outside looks pretty basic. "
