I booked and paid for this property 10 months in advance. The host refused to answer my repeated messages by email and SMS about access. When I finally managed to speak to him on the point of departure, he told me the property was not available. He claimed to have no knowledge of the reservation. He was brusque and unapologetic. When I was able to contact Abritel (not easy) they told me he had been informed. I was then told by Abritel I could not have my money refunded because the host had not confirmed he had cancelled the booking. I would advise against booking this property; either there is serious problem in communication between Abritel and this host - or there is a deliberate attempt by one or the other to defraud customers. This host is clearly renting the property on multiple sites.

Le quartier haut de Sète (le bien nommé) cache des trésors qui se méritent. Et puis la fraicheur dedans (30° dehors), la verdure pour le repos et la mer en face ! Que du bonheur.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sète, c'était une première pour nous. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement encore mieux que sur les photos, très spacieux, propre, alliant de l'ancien et du moderne, de belles pierres, un rez-de-jardin au calme, tout était parfait, merci beaucoup !

Cette Aumônière Setoise récemment rénovée avec goût, allie confort et équipements de qualité. La terrasse avec vue sur le port est très agréable. Le propriétaire est de meme tres serviable. Nous sommes ravis du séjour que nous avons passé à Sete et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.
