If the latter is not rented during your stay you will have access to this outdoor space.

Access to the accommodation and the return of keys is done independently with code and key box

The apartment is located in the heart of the city center on the edge of the upper district, 1 min walk from the town hall and 2 min from the famous covered market of Sète.
Arrival by train: 20 minutes to get to the city center.
Arrival by car: Free outdoor parking in the street and Place de l'Hospitalet in the upper district, 6 minutes walk above the apartment.
To park:
Adjacent streets parking meter rue Ribot, rue Garenne, place de l'hospitalet.

Parking des Halles - 9 Rue Jean Jaurès, 34200 Sète
Parking des halles - at 300m
Bus stop access to the beach 3 minutes walk from the apartment at 7 quai de la Résistance in front of the Monoprix. Tickets or 10-trip and weekly passes to be purchased next to the Monoprix inside the shopping arcade at the city's transport shop between rue Gambetta and the quai de la résistance or by getting in with the driver.
As a reminder, household linen is provided in your stay (sheets, towels, dish towels)

We ask you to unpack your bed(s), gather all linen, wash, dry and put away your dishes and throw away your garbage.
If the accommodations are further housed, we reserve the right to charge you extra.

Train station 20mn by foot from the center town. Very easy to find.
Free Parking exterior at "place de l'Hospitalet" located less than 6 mn by foot up the street in the "Haut- quartier area". Safe and easy to find.
Bus station to go to the beach on the dock near by the flat 3mn by foot at 7 quai de la Résistance on the dock. Buy the tickets or pass at the shop inside the galerie in between rue Gambetta and the dock near by the Monoprix supermarket.
