Good potential needs better management

Check in and out was confusing! No address! No time. Language barrier. Could have been better. Then a dodgy front door key that you fiddle and jiggle before it works - just get it fixed! Apartment with two bathrooms - but one shower not working! Sorry that means one working bathroom! One tiny cake of soap. One cm of hand soap! One of two bedrooms without a made up bed! Really? Written sign on sign board telling us to use a table cloth on the table - but none supplied. Just one measly t-towel for three days and four people. Could be better managed with help of the owners.
