Apartment of 63 m2, very quiet, internet and wifi access, bright and sunny is the ideal place for a successful holiday in love or with family.
Located in the city center, close to Halles Market All shops .. and 5 minutes walk from the banks that made the reputation of Sete, this will be the starting point for many walks .Calme its location (garden side front) , unobstructed view of Mount St Clair, which dominates the city, furnished balcony is also the ideal place for a breakfast, a lunch of local specialties,
an appetizer (local muscat course!) in the late afternoon or after dinner in head to head (sunset to be missed under any circumstances).

Excellent séjour dans l'ile singulière

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce superbe appartement spacieux et très pratique. Environnement très calme, bien placé, avec vue sur le Mont St Clair. Propriétaire très agréable et prévenant.

Séjour à Séte très agréable

Tout s’est bien passé, le contact avec le propriétaire était facile et il était à l’écoute. L’ appartement était très bien situé au centre-ville, près de commerces et à côté d’ un joli parc. Pour les personnes âgées peut-être une remarque - il se situe au dernier étage .

excellent séjour

L'appartement est très agréable et lumineux et son décor reposant sans être impersonnel . Nous avons pu apprécier les changements de lumière sur le mont st Clair du matin au soir . La cuisine est bien équipée , ce qui nous a permis de profiter du plus beau marché au poisson de la côte . La ville de Sète garde une authenticité que l'on rencontre encore au Portugal . L'accueil d'Eliane ,qui occupe le RDC et son jardin ,est fort sympathique et discret . La longue plage de Villeroy à 15 minutes en voiture , restaurée , est magnifique . Nous n'avons eu à nous plaindre que de l'eau froide ... Un excellent séjour. Benoit

Very comfortable apartment

We had a great stay in your very comfortable apartment in Sete. It was near the park and we had a view of Mount St. Claire at the back, where there was a good balcony. It was near the shops, market and many restaurants - all within walking distance. Eliane, the property Manager was' super' helpful and she also pointed out the fine restaurants in the Town. A great place / position to stay and a good price. Recommended, you will love Sete and the Towns/ Cities and other villages close by.

Frankreichurlaub in authentische Umgebung

Wir haben 12 Tage in diesem schönen Appartment verbracht. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht: perfekt ausgestatte Küche (Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, große Ankleide, etc.). Sie ist zentral und ruhig gelegen mit allerhand Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bäckereien, Markthallen, etc.). Parkmöglichkeiten (Parkgaragen mit angemessenen Tagespauschalen) sind vorhanden. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf dem hübschen Balkon gefrühstückt mit Blick auf einen Garten mit schlafenden Katzen und den Mont St. Clair. Besonders gefallen hat uns die pesönliche Betreuung vorort, die vor allem für deutsche Touristen sehr wertvoll ist als Starthilfe und um in die französische Lebensart kennenzulernen. Sète eignet sich bestens als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Montpellier, Bouzique, Nîmes, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Perpignan, Collioure, etc. Hier kann man zu relativ gemäßigten Preisen hervorragend essen und französische Lebensart genießen. Wir haben die Wohnung schon einigen frankophilen Freunden weiterempfohlen und würden gerne selbst wieder dorthin reisen.

Havre de paix

Vacances hors saison. Séjour inoubliable en couple. Appartement extrêmement agréable , spacieux et conforme au descriptif..très calme tout en étant en centre ville...avons eu une semaine de temps d'été avec ciel bleu,chaleur..et avons vraiment apprécié les moments passés dans le salon ,noyé de soleil.. Vue superbe sur le mont St. clair. Nous y reviendrons très prochainement, la région et cette ville étant propices à encore beaucoup de découverte...et j'espère dans cet appartement, si dispo a mes prochaines dates de vacances!!!

Appart lumineux et fonctionnel, murs blancs, déco soignée avec vue dégagée sur le mont st clair. Cuisine ouverte sur le balcon, dressing bien agencé. Ecran plat et Wifi. Chambre non ventilée et salle de bain borgnes (la clim ne serait-elle pas souhaitable ?). Entrée de l'immeuble et cage d'escaliers particulièrement "cra-cra", mal éclairées et malodorantes (on se serait crus à naples ...), Appart rénové qui contraste heureusement avec son environnement

Des vacances de charme

Quel bel appartement ! Il se trouve au troisième étage, dans un immeuble de style, fin 19ème siècle, à deux pas du centre ville. Le grand balcon donne sur le côté ouest, donc du soleil tout l'après-midi, et une vue splendide sur le Mont Saint-Clair en prime... C'est meublé avec beaucoup de goût, et i y a tout l'équipement. Nous avons beaucoup profité de notre séjour, d'autant plus que la saison fin septembre / début octobre est tellement belle sur la Méditerranée : des plages presque vides, mais toujours des températures agréables, et assez peu de touristes en général. Le WIFI marche assez mal, mais c'est vraiment le seul petit défaut. Contact très sympathique d'ailleurs, un propriétaire vraiment aimable, et l'appartement est merveilleusement soignée par une dame habitant dans la maison et qui est toujours disponible à soluer tous les éventuels problèmes. A conseiller sans réserves !

Délicieux séjour dans un appartement charmant!

Bel appartement décoré avec goût, bien agencé et situé au coeur de la ville. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. L'appartement est agréable à vivre, avec un grand dressing bien pratique. Le balcon est étroit mais néanmoins agréable. Très bien situé dans la ville, beaucoup d'activités sont accessibles à pied. En ce mois de juillet, nous avons même pu profiter d'un festival de poésie passionnant au coeur de Sète .

Escale chic et romantique à Sète !

Quel plaisir de découvrir ce bel appartement lumineux en arrivant à Sète sous le soleil ! L'accueil par Sylvie pour la remise des clés est un charmant préambule au dépaysement. Gentillesse et accent du sud sont d'ores et déjà au rendez-vous ! L'appartement est très bien situé à quelques mètres du canal, avec une très jolie vue sur le Mont Saint Clair. La pièce de vie est particulièrement agréable et claire grâce à de grandes porte-fenêtres. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'élégance, il est idéal pour une échappée belle en amoureux. Un excellent moyen pour découvrir la cité sétoise de la meilleure façon qu'il soit A noter L'appartement est situé au 3eme étage sans ascenceur. Aucune contre-indication pour les personnes jeunes, mais peut etre est ce moins pratique pour les couples avec enfants et les seniors.
