This adorable studio benefits from a fiber internet connection. A small desk, a chair on wheels and a printer are available: ideal for teleworking facing the sea! The sleeping area is on a mezzanine. The renovated and tastefully furnished studio is located in a wooded residence equipped with a boules area, ping-pong table and private parking. The swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 30. Sleeps 160 bed on mezzanine (but can be separated into 2 twin beds). Ideal couple. Extra 2-seater convertible sofa in the living room. In July and August linen is not included for logistical reasons. Optionally, contact Jean-Marc our private concierge. THANKS Dedicated parking space at the foot of the building within the secure grounds of the residence. Bus at the foot of the building. Bike room. Guardian . Bus station at the foot of the building. Bike room available. Please note that in the months of July and August, linen (sheets and towels) is not included for logistical reasons that are too cumbersome.
