The residence is recent and very good standing with an elevator.

bon séjour

nous avions prévu d arriver à 18h / j avais envoyé un mail avec notre arrivée . / nous avions 9h de route pour y arriver . 17h50 nous arrivons, nous attendons 18h et personne pour nous accueillir . il a fallu que j appelle le service de conciergerie qui m a donné le numéro de la personne qui est en charge de la location . elle n était pas au courant de notre arrivée , on a attendu 40 minutes devant l appartement dehors sous 35 degrés en plein soleil .. bof bof pour un début appartement bien , mais très chaud . manque éventuellement une petite climatisation. et manque 1 parasol car le balcon est en plein soleil le matin et une bonne partie de l après midi .

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable, appartement au top avec une vue juste magnifique . Un cartier très calme et une ville très accueillante et propre . Nous avons moins aimé ne pas avoir d’eau chaude le soir ainsi que le boucan des voisins du haut des 7h au matin .

La prestation de la conciergerie Osborn est inadmissible

Avant l'entrée dans les lieux, nous recevons 15 messages et 7 SMS. C'est trop! Parmi eux , il y a des messages comminatoires nous promettant 30€-40€ de pénalités par demi-heure de retard. (les montants ont changé) Dans les faits: message téléphonique reçu au dernier moment quand nous sommes arrivés indiquant un retard de Osborn. 45 minutes pour trouver le bon emplacement de parking (confusion du no de parking avec le no dans la rue) , le bon bâtiment, le bon escalier, le bon appartement, la bonne clé. (et appeler ceux qui détiennent l'information) Nous portons nos valises dans la rue parce que la conciergerie ne connaît pas la communication parking-appartement. Elle ne nous a même pas rappelé le lendemain pour nous l'indiquer. La personne qui nous accueille nous explique que aucun système ne permet de marquer les clés par code de couleur. Et elle propose de détartrer la bouilloire avec du vinaigre dilué 10 fois ! Nous comprenons que la personne qui devait nous accueillir a été remplacée au dernier moment. Ce n'est pas une excuse pour l'absence de transmission de l'information. Un contrat de conciergerie doit toujours donner lieu à un dossier de 10 lignes qui peut être transmis à l'employé qui en aura besoin. Le plus incroyable est que la personne qui était supposée avoir ces informations n'était pas capable de transmettre cette information minimale au téléphone. En résumé, nous recommandons aux propriétaires de changer de conciergerie au plus vite. Et aux employés d'Osborn, de faire un stage dans une vraie conciergerie.

pas réactif quand nous avons demandé pourquoi la wifi et l'accès à la télévision n'était pas possible ; nous avons été obligés de relancer pendant 4 jours. Idem pour le chèque de caution que nous avons récupérer au bout de 3 semaines après 2 relances.

UN appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sète. L'appartement est agréable et très fonctionnel. La terrasse est spacieuse et offre une très jolie vue sur l'étang de Thau. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr ! Le petit plus : le sèche- cheveux.
