Living room with corner sofa, TV (110 cm flat screen and DVD player and some self-service DVDs), table, chairs and sideboard; open fitted kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer; Separate toilets; Bathroom (bathtub, vanity unit). Two underground parking spaces (2) including No. 202 and No. 203 and bicycle storage in the residence. Apartment with video alarm. You will be charmed! Pets not allowed. Très bel appartement, spacieux, très propre,très lumineux

L état de l appartement est parfait. Malheureusement pendant la période où nous y sommes allés l ascenseur était en panne. Il faut obligatoirement se garer dans le parking souterrain et il nous a fallu monter les 32 marches pour arriver dans notre appartement en rez de chaussée. Il est impossible de se garer près de l immeuble. La voie d accès est interdite. Avec les bagages et les coursses c est très compliqué !....
