Very nice 2 rooms planned for 4 people, 28m² + 7m terrace in 1st line facing the Mediterranean sea!

It consists of: - equipped kitchen area (top refrigerator, 2-burner electric hob, mini grill oven) open to the living room with BZ style sofa (140), television, cupboard with washing machine
- opening onto a 7m² terrace with garden table and deckchairs facing the sea!
- bedroom with double bed (140) and cupboard - bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
The apartment is equipped with WIFI. Pets are not allowed.

Access to the residence's shared parking lot (non-nominative and non-guaranteed spaces)
