"Nous avons eu la chance que la neige tombe à notre arrivée......Dans l'annonce il est signalé que les pistes de ski se trouvent à 1 m.....alors que ST Lary est à 3 kms.....un arrêt de bus non désservi se trouve en bas du village. Sinon satisfaite."

Un Merci tout particulier à Christina qui a été aux petits soins avec nous, faisant preuve d’une grande réactivité et d’une gentillesse et d’une amabilité exceptionnelle. "The setting was beautiful (Peyragude near Loudenvielle in the French Pyrenees) but unfortunately the condo was completely infested with hundreds of flies, every day I'd vacuum them from the walls, ceilings, beds, bathrooms, etc. and every day more would hatch (clearly nests are permeating the space). Pointed it out to the property manager but they made no attempts to do anything about it for our entire week-long stay. Also, they said bed linens and towels were included in the rental, however...

"Le chalet est très bien agencé , une grande pièce de vie et des chambres spacieuses , un dortoir pour enfants … l’idéal pour un séjour entre amis/famille . Également très bien situé, à deux pas de la navette menant au pied des pistes. Très bon accueil ! Seul inconvénient, le ménage de sortie n’est pas compris dans le prix (presta 150€). Une très bonne adresse pour un court ou long séjour ."

"4 días antes de salir, recibo un mensaje del dueño, al que todavía no hemos visto, diciendo que le ha fallado el servicio de limpieza y que si podíamos limpiarla nosotros por 95 € (dinero que me ha costado varios correos y 2 semanas recibir). Lo cierto es que cuando llegamos, la casa estaba deficientemente limpiada, por lo que nos quedó la sensación de que es una práctica habitual. Casa poco preparada para el verano, mucho calor y ni siquiera un ventilador. Instalaciones obsoletas y espacios...

"The cottage is very well kept and the owner does her best to be of assistance. That part was excellent. I would warn non French Speaking tourists about the difficulties of communication in St Lory. English and Spanish are almost useless."

"We loved this property, we chose this a cycling base and it was perfect. The rides nearby were peyresourde, col de portilon, tourmalet, port de bales, aspin, pla dadet, col de portet, col de azet, superbagneres. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed, the garden was lovely and we spent many lazy afternoons watching the birds. Its very private and has a lovely path down to the river nearby. It might be near the road but you can't see the cars. The kitchen was well presented and...

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Garin dans le chalet de Marina. Le chalet est propre et très bien équipé, le domaine avec ses 9 chalets est vraiment calme. L’emplacement du chalet est central pour aller randonner dans les différentes vallées autour de Bagnères de Luchon. Seule remarque : un dépôt de pain à proximité serait très appréciable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !"

"I originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital. They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital. Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front."
