L'hanno fatto felicemente e mi hanno persino permesso di tenere il loro cucchiaio! Un ringraziamento speciale a Georgia che si è assicurata che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio lungo viaggio! "Room was a bit in a need of maintenance and not well cleaned. The reception staff were a bit slow and not very accommodating. All messages sent in advance of arrival were withered replied with delays or not at all. Our check-out was set for 11:00h but the receptionist insisted we should be leaving by 10:30h as there was a private hire on that day. I have showed her the check out details on my booking but all I got as a reply was “Yeah we need to update the check out time to 10:30h on the platform.” For people willing to sleep in and catch the last half an hour of the breakfast there is not much choose left and staff are not really good at replenishing the items that were finished by the earlier guests. There was no eggs, no bacon, not much juice and so many other things missing. Do not disturb settings on the door screen was ignored and staff entered the room whilst we were in to ask if they can tidy up the room. Air conditioning system not really sufficient for 35 degrees heat and super loud if you leave it on at night when you sleep even on the lowest setting. Overall I don’t think I will be staying with the Tenuta again. "
